Refund policy

Meekelle2, Meekelleinc.,or Costumes by Meekelle has an exchange only policy. We do not refund purchases on merchandise but will gladly exchange items within 5 days of receipt of items. The items needing to be exchanged should be in new and unworn condition and we must receive an email describing the reasons for exchange. We will then give you the information needed to follow the exchange process. The exchange must be for the same style and color. We are a made to order company and therefore considered custom made orders. Meekelle reserves the right to change, alter any or all parts of this refund policy. We are dedicated and committed to customer care and positive branding.
