Returns and Exchange Policy

Please review your order carefully

We are so pleased to have you as a Meekelle customer and we want to create a wonderful experience for you. We custom make each and every item that is on our site, therefore items on our site are made to order.

Pre-made items available will be listed under our Sample sales section and our limited collection section. 

Unfortunately we have a no returns or exchanges due to color, fabric and options, however we will gladly exchange your item for a size change or damage claim.

Please make size and color adjustments within 1 day of placing your order  through email only. ( Once your order has been received for production we will order items needed for production and will be too late for changes.)

Please fill out the exchange form within 1 day of receiving item and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Email us for status and updates regarding orders and exchanges.

Fabrics, colors, and options may become necessary to replace if they are not available in a timely manner. Please consider alternative fabrics and colors we offer in place of original choices if necessary. We will always contact you for approval of any changes that occur.
